Amateur BBQ Competition
We have 20 teams of amateur barbecue chefs competing for major bragging rights and some fun prizes.
At this family-friendly event there will be live entertainment, a cornhole tournament, vendors, food and beverages for sale, and other fun activities.
Cash Only - ATM on site
No pets or outside food or drinks.
Parking is limited, come early. If you live in the area, ride your golf cart.
Event Background
In 2017 we thought it might be fun to get some local people together that love to BBQ, and host a friendly backyard competition, and so, Smokin' on the Creek was created! Never would we imagine that it would reach as many people as it did, or have so many local vendors also want to be a part of it! 2018 was an even bigger success with over 1600 tickets sold, 17 competitors and 25 vendors. The 2019 Event brought 2,700 guests, 22 competitors and over 40 vendors. The best part, all proceeds of this great local event are donated to charity!
