Ever since he gave up his online celebrity to attempt to win a boxing world title, social media sensation Paul has been hinting at a confrontation with “Iron Mike.”

Nearly two decades have passed since Tyson’s professional competition retirement. However, he will make a one-time appearance in an exhibition fight against fellow icon Roy Jones Jr. in November 2020. Paul defeated NBA player Nate Robinson in his second professional fight on the undercard of that event.
Fans are excited about this fight since Mike Tyson, one of the best heavyweight boxers in history, was the Undisputed World Heavyweight Champion from 1987 to 1990.
The fight is scheduled for July 20, 2024, on a Saturday. The Dallas Cowboys’ home stadium, AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, will host the bout and Netflix will allow users to stream it.
One of the all-time greats in heavyweight boxing, Tyson stated that it would be exciting to fight Paul, a 27-year-old with a 9-1 record and six knockouts. With 44 knockouts, “Iron Mike” has a 50-6 record.

We already assumed that Mike Tyson and Jake Paul would receive at least eight figures to square off on Netflix. There are currently 255 million to 260 million Netflix customers, a number that is approaching the higher of the two.
They made $33.7 billion in total sales in 2023 compared to 2022, a 6.6% increase. Of that total revenue, $14 billion came from just North America. Netflix could easily give each of the two fighters a high eight-digit number. However, according to a recent leak, Mike Tyson will end up making $20 million for the fight.
