The 2004 NASCAR Cup Series champion Kurt Busch’s ex-girlfriend, Patricia Driscoll, is set to plead guilty to a three-count superseding information in the federal court on Wednesday in Washington, D.C. Driscoll once pointed fingers at Busch for causing physical harm. It was after their breakup when she entered his motorhome uninvited. This case was registered over nine years ago and closed as there was a lack of evidence against Kurt Busch.

According to Jayski, Patricia Driscoll had claimed to be a victim of abuse on many occasions. She made these claims against multiple men over the years. Driscoll also raised funds for Armed Forces Foundation (AFF), a charity she ran. However, she was later accused of using those funds for personal use and defrauding the charity of thousands of dollars.

As per Kickin’ the Tires’ reports, Patricia Driscoll did not keep tax records for her other company, Frontline Defence Systems (FDS). It is the second count in Federal information. And on the third count, Driscoll failed to keep the tax record for 2013 and was charged for the same. She was also declared guilty of tax evasion and fraud in the first degree in 2018.

Kurt Busch and Patricia Driscoll met in 2011 and dated for four years

Some of Patricia Driscoll’s charges include mail fraud, wire fraud, and intervening with IRS laws. After a year, she was sentenced to prison for 12 months but appealed over a technicality. This case is finally set to end, as Driscoll will plead guilty as per the court records. The 45-year-old will agree that she “willfully failed to keep financial records and made personal purchases from eBay using AFF’s credit card.”

Former NASCAR Champion Kurt Busch and Patricia Driscoll go way back to 2011. The duo met while attending a function at a medical center that year. They both cherished their time with the veteran community; it was something they found similar between them. Busch and Driscoll were together for four years before calling it quits in 2014.

Soon after their breakup, the latter visited his motorhome at Dover International Speedway. Though what happened behind closed doors is unknown, Driscoll claimed to be a victim of abuse.

Although, the court dismissed the charge against Kurt Busch and ruled in favor of him as they did not have sufficient evidence. During the hearing back then, Busch claimed Driscoll was a “trained assassin.” However, there are no further details regarding the same.
