Gerard Piqué, now a former footballer who has played for notable club FC Barcelona and Spain as his national team, has already started announcing his other ventures post retirement. One thing is for certain, that one can’t keep the him out of ‘Football’ for long as even before his jersey could catch some dust, he partnered up with Spain’s top streamer Ibai Llanos to announce ‘King’s League’.

The announcement was made on Twitter as well as shared by Ibai on his Twitch channel when he was showcasing the special events to his audience. Gerard Piqué has been in touch with the platform as well as the streamer for quite a while but he has finally found the time to turn his ambition into reality.

A live presentation was also kept for his fans that provided details on ‘King’s League’, a modern kind of football league where streamers will pose as the leaders for their respective clubs. Apart from Spain’s popular streamers, the league will witness Piqué’s former teammates such as Iker Casillas and Kun Agüero.
