    Thomas Lawrence Bergman, 36, was indicted by a Wood County Grand Jury for possession of a deadly weapon
    while under detention. According to court records, on Sept. 23, Bergman was found to be in possession of
    a handmade shiv, an instrument made to function as a knife.
    Also indicted on May 15:
    • Tonya S. Hildebrand, 30, Toledo, for prostitution, possession of cocaine and possessing drug abuse
    instruments, after allegedly meeting an undercover human trafficking investigator in Northwood.
    • Blake Lee Quentin Long, 26, Toledo, currently in custody, for felonious assault regarding an April 30
    incident at the NorthWest Community Correction Center in Bowling Green.
    • Marlinna Montriska Mitchell, 26, Toledo, for theft of more than $1,100 in beauty products from a
    Rossford business in September 2017.
    • David Rodriguez, 50, Bowling Green, for violating a protection order on March 8.
    • Nathan Lee Holliday, 18, Pemberville, for burglary and petty theft, for actions Nov. 20-23 involving an
    airsoft rifle.
    • Joshua Allen Gottschalk, 22, Walbridge, for burglary from the Walmart in Perrysburg regarding a $35
    Bowling Green State University sweatshirt and a backpack.
    • Madison Tylor Sears, 20, Bowling Green, for menacing by stalking and telecommunications harassment on
    Feb. 2.
    • Rashold Dajuan Colbert-Morrow, 24, Toledo, for grand theft of a motor vehicle and unauthorized use of a
    vehicle. He is accused of renting a 2019 Hyundai Accent and the plate was found on a vehicle in Texas
    more than a month after it was due to be returned.
    • Sean Matthew McCoyd, 25, Point Lookout, New York, with 13 felony counts. He was indicted for theft,
    petty theft, tempering with records eight counts of forgery and two counts of possessing criminal tools.
    The charges are related to a Feb. 8 incident involving defunct credit cards after he was stopped on the
    highway for traveling too close on Interstate 80. A credit card scanner was reportedly found in plain
    view.
    • Amir Aakhu Ali, 48, Louisville, Kentucky, for receiving stolen property, a 2016 white International
    truck cab on Feb. 22, while he was driving on Interstate 75.
    • Ruben Saldivar Jr., 27, Findlay, for aggravated possession of drugs from an incident in March 2018.
    • James Earl Valentine, 45, Oregon, for tampering with evidence and falsification for filing a fake claim
    on April 30.
    • Daniel Lee Smoot, 34, Oregon, for possession of hashish from an August incident, and in a separate
    case, vandalism for an Oct. 26 incident involving a damaged door at the justice center.
    • Jessica Elizabeth Whitley, 33, Toledo, for possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possession of
    cocaine.
    • Johnathan S. McNeill, 47, Columbus, for having weapons while under disability. He is court-ordered not
    to possess weapons due to a 1995 felony conviction from a Cumberland County robbery case.
    • Cristion Jerrell Williams, 18, a BGSU student from Southfield, Michigan, for trafficking in marijuana,
    trafficking in hashish and possession of hashish. The cases carry a possible forfeiture of $1,370.
    • Co-defendants, Natasha Lafay Graham, 36, Waterford, Michigan, and Don Shiluis Spillers Jr., 37, Pontiac
    Michigan, each for trafficking in marijuana and trafficking in hashish, as well as two counts of
    possession of hashish and one count of possession of marijuana from a Feb. 16 incident.
    • Co-defendants Wendy Martinez, 50, and Cory Mathias, 31, both of Findlay, both for having weapons while
    under disability. The gun involved was a Mossberg Model 88 shotgun. Both are court-ordered not to
    possess weapons due to a prior felony conviction. Martinez has a 2014 felonious assault charge from
    Hancock County; Mathias has a charge of possessing cocaine from a Huron County 2014 case.
    • Bobby G. Combs Jr., 36, Van Buren, for vandalism, burglary and theft in regard to an Oct. 21-22
    incident involving installed wires and related damage. Value of damages in the case is in excess of
    $1,000.
    • Shelbi M. Winn, 20, Deshler, for theft, communications fraud and tampering with records involving U.S.
    Postal money orders from Sept. 1 to Nov. 10.
    • Karrisa Lynne Calhoun, 30, Grand Rapids, Michigan, for both trafficking and possession of cocaine from
    a March 7 stop on Interstate 75; 500 grams of cocaine was found.
    In addition to the indictments, a Bill of Information was issued for Katie Thomas, 29, Perrysburg, for
    possession of heroin. Bills of information are generally issued in lieu of an indictment as the subject
    is not contesting or disputing the charge.
